My meds usually help just recently been having panic attacks ive had them before but they stopped for a while. @Former-Member i feel sick and im hoping its not going to turn into a bug yukky. But might just be an off night. Im tired so hopefully will fall asleep again soon. Juat waiting on abit of paib relief to kick in to settle it all down. Sometimes it helpa so will see .....

I wish you were here too @Former-Member but you are in my heart ❤ i wasnt even dreaming it just keeps happening and its making me more tired than i already am. Starting to really get over it. Will try a few minutes of breathing and hopefully that helps
