@outlanderdon't think I can talk about it on here plus would be triggering for people.
Trying really, really, really hard to keep GN2 on track today. I am super weak sometimes when it comes to it and makes me super angry when I succumb to it.
I am ignoring all emails and phone calls today because I can't go there again like the other day. Ignoring everything outside my own little bubble atm.

Just take it minute by minute for now. Staying in your own little bubble sounds good for now
If you feel like it then maybe you could use a pen or texta to draw on yourself draw it however you want. Gorey or pretty or something that makes you feel safe. You can always wash it off so no marks and no anger or guilt after youve done it.

@outlanderI know, but always feel bad doing that. Others need it more. I know what you are going to say so no need to say it.
Been drawing on myself and using an elastic band atm. Ice didn't help earlier. I know it will happen, it is just a matter of time which makes me annoyed already. And as much as I tell myself it isn't going to, it does in one way or another, whether is be that or another way.

Or what about putting your mind to a task like oraganising a fake party, pamper day, holiday just something to keep your mind on something else?
