nah dont think so @Former-Member i am in a very strange mood! besides that after constantly forcing myself to sleep (including through the day) i am not tired

i hope they work soon for you @Former-Member i need to be careful where i am on here atm, i have abit of demons making me kinda brutally honest sort of thing so i dont want to regret anything ive said- im waiting for the crash but ah well at least im ok for now!

@outlander Well the good thing about on here is that you can be honest without people knowing who you are.

I have still got those SH/SI thoughts in my head. They are not yelling yet which is good so hopefully they stay quiet tonight. I am telling them to shhhhh and been doing a jigsaw puzzle for distraction. Worked well but now in bed 🛏

i will just need to monitor abit @Former-Member the last time i started going like this i didnt sleep for a few nights then one thing led to another! my honestly doesnt come from a bad place and the beauty of here is people get where im coming from at the same time.

can you keep doing some puzzles on your ipad to keep you occupied? i wont be asleep for a while so can keep chatting if you like about anything- jsut nothing controversail lol

@outlander Yes you don’t want what happened last time to happen again. Been playing some games on my iPad. Got Izzy besides me asleep. The poor little thing, has slept since I picked her up from the vet 😕 i don’t think she is very happy with me.

umm i have to go to work, but other than that i am not too sure. if im not too busy might take a drive out to new psychs office.
