@Former-Member does your PRN have less effect possibly if you take half a one if thats even possile. Everybody needs somebody sometime but i understand how hard it can be to accept that sometimes. *big hugs*

I understand that. When my sisters were living with me it made sleeping worse. Even though i knew mum was here i had to go through obstacles to get there instead of telling them to go into bed.
Is it possible to just take half your prn? Might just take the edge of thigs and allow you to sleep more.
Your also use to having your hubby there. Most of the time when parent live alone with their kids they are use to it but i bet when they first started out they had the same problems are you are now. Dont be too hard on yourself. I think your doing a great job ❤ @Former-Member
Im laying upright in bed. Im scared to sleep atm and if i keep sleeping upright itll cause my neck to flare up. Ive taken the stronger antacid from the chemist its just otc stuff but can only take it once. Too weary to take anything else eap since one of them caused a breathing problem while driving. Luckily there was a spot to stop.

@Former-Member i was meaning half a prn sorry i wasnt so clear but i do hope that your meds work for you to tonight an you manage to get some sleep after you lack of sleep last night.

@outlander are yoy struggling with heart burn? I use to get that all the time and was basically living on gaviscon i see you have a dr appointment i hope they are able to give you some answers.

Heartburn by the sounda of it @Former-Member its really new to me but it coming in full force and causing breathing fits- or more like not breathing at all.
I tried quick eze but does nothing tried mylanta and done nothing and tried gaviscon today and straight after taking it i had one of those not breathing fits. So off to the drs tomorrow

@outlander i am sorry to hear you are strugglung so much i am glad that you are off to the dr tomorrow to try and see what is going on. I hope that you manage to go the night without another breathing fit, it dosnt sou d very nice at all. Hopefully you can take it easy for the rest of the night *hug*
