@Former-Member Good morning sweet. Please don't beat yourself because you self harmed. Tend to your wounds with love and care. You did your best to cope and sometimes we choose ways to deal with pain that aren't ideal, but it's our choice. I'm not sure what you do to self harm, as you are not allowed to describe it here, but have you thought about doing something different when you want to self harm. Like drawing a beautiful butterfly in the place you want to hurt yourself, and then you're not allowed to hurt yourself within that butterfly, or it will die.

You don't have to be sorry to us, or at least me. This is really, really difficult for you, and I'm not in you're head, but I can only guess how terrified and anxious you are. I know you want to disappear, I get that it's so overwhelming you hope if you disappear it will all go away when you come back. Unfortunately it won't. And isn't it only fair to you to begin to relieve yourself of this horrific burden, and start to heal? If you have the support of your husband to get through this, that would be amazing. I'm here with you today @Former-Member. I'm right there holding you hand. Put your hand out, palms facing up, and feel the warmth of my hand in yours. Feel my shoulder gently leaning on yours. I'm here all day if you need that.

Ive got to head off in a sec too Zoe. Might have to implement some of thise methods myself as tomorrow is a big day for me. But thats tomorrow having too much fun stirring people up is way better @Zoe7 😆
