🙂 Hi NellBell @Former-Member I have been really well thanks. Everything here is really quite wonderful.... (well as wonderful as wonderful can be that is). Was going through a manic day a couple of days ago but the medication controlled it (in the back of my mind was a midnight walk lol) all pretty well and the last two days I have been quite chilled so to speak :).

I have been here just grazing and making sure my ladies were going okish ... sorry to hear you didn't sleep well again. That is no good. Husband is having a good time away which is great and you are keeping up up with your plans emailing your psychologist every second day and talking to hubby every second day also?

You have been keeping busy which is good. Not too much time for thoughts to creep in. How is the quilt going? Are you thinking of starting it when the children go back to school? They must be so proud to see their mother making such beautiful things like you do.

Hi @outlander really impressed with you going on walks with your fb friend that is fantastic! you then have your group meetups and then study. OMG! you wont know yourself. What a way to start the year. You must be so proud of yourself doing all of these things.

@Sans911 Hi Sans911 I haven't caught up on your posts yet but I hope you are doing well. You certainly sounded better than when you did a few days back so hopefully that will continue.
