I am off to the chemist to pick up some meds for the week (yes been extended to one weeks worth at a time now)

Will check emails often as want to be here for Sans, you and anyone else today. After last night and speaking to SCBS I actually feel better than I thought I would.

Hi @Former-Member@outlander@Sans911 how are you all going today? Just popping in to say hello. Was so happy to read you felt better @Former-Member. I can't post everyday because of life commitments, only the occasional post which I will do if that's okay - and wanted you to know that I still think of you all everyday.

I am doing good but my sleep patterns are still an issue and a work in progress. I go back to my volunteer work next week so hopefully this will be sorted sooner than later as it effects my health. My husband has to have neck surgery soon to release pressure on his spinal cord - a risked operation which neither of us are looking forward to.

Hope you don't mind me talking on here ocassionally to check in as I feel comfortable here. You are both so kind and warm. A rare thing.

You can talk on here as often or as little as you like. I love knowing how you are going and if you feel comfortable here well than that is a bonus.

I hope your husband goes ok with his surgery. Please remember we are here to support you through that time, as it will be hard on your husband but just as hard on you. Glad to hear your volunteering work is starting up, hopefully that will help with your sleep patterns.

Meds are starting to help but still a long way to go. Not much sleep last night but that was probably becasue there were 4 in my bed!!! Me, my hubby, the dog, and then my son who didn't feel well. Needless to say the dog and son took up most of the room!!! But of course as kids are, he is perfectly fine this morning

Well I am glad you had a giggle!! Between hubby snoring, the dog snoring and my son moving every 5 minutes it was absolute bliss, NOT He is fine, doubt there was anything wrong, just wanted to snuggle in with me..........BUT I do not mind.......one day he will be a teenager and wont want to come near me so will saviour theses times!!!!

I did ask how you were and how did you sleep on other thread so can answer either!!!!!
