Feeling bit better today. Slept well thanks to some good meds and prn.

Hot again today here to starfish in front of aircon until the cool change comes through later today. Kids happy with staying in the cool today.

Out for tea tonight with friends for Hubby's Birthday. It is a big one too which explains his "boys" trip away next week. Going overseas to a place I have been before so I know he will enjoy it.

I hope you all got some sleep and there is some good in today for all of you, because we all deserve it.

@Former-Member Really happy that you had some much needed sleep last night and that the meds are working for you at long last. Star fish is a great idea and what angel kids you have that can be occupied so easily at home ... mine were the same give them a computer and they were happy.

Really pleasant weather here at the moment not too hot and not too cold. No news here at all which is probably a good thing. No news is good news as they say. We will all be with you while your hubby is away don't worry you wont be alone :). I remember when I was first divorced I felt really vulnerable beause it had been 20 years of marriage and I also was so sick at the time ... now I am so happy that I am single and do not have a man in my life only my furry friend and my kidults.

So make the most of Mr NellBell being away and have lots of pizzas etc. with the kids.

@Bunniekinsyes no news is good news.

I have got some supports in place and check ins with psych whilst hubby is away so that is good. Not sure about the pizza, but could do lots of Thai Food!!

@Former-Member Thai food sounds great! Healthy and yet fast ... brilliant. The less stress on you the better. My son needs his pizza fix once a week. That is the rule in our house only once a week.

@Bunniekinsthat rules sounds good but seems like you have been staying away from the pizza since your clothes are getting too big for you now!
