I have just only found this thread and read your first post @Former-Member. The nightmares and anxiety are so hard to live with - I did suffer the same for many, many years. Only the last month have they eased with the occasional relapse.
I just want to say that I think that you are amazing how you extend your compassion to others, as you did to me today, and struggle with what you do. A very special lady. And want you to know that your warm presence is felt and appreciated. You are worth your weight in gold.
I know what it is like to put on a smile when feeling torn up inside. How hard it is to cope at times. I am so sorry you struggle this way too. Hang onto hope for brighter days ahead - that is largely what has kept me going. I never thought this possible once but it can be. And you deserve it. I truly hope and wish that you find some reprieve from your present pain and discover some moments of joy to hang on to. Thinking of you. Sending a warm hug and am here for you xxxx

Don't worry about the search party -we can have a Pinterest party together there if you'd like. It's pretty much my third home (after the forum) haha 😁
