I hope all my forum friends are doing ok today. I don't really feel like straying far from here atm.

Slept for about 9 hours straight last night (yea) but still feel extremely groggy now. I know we can't talk about those things on here but had alot of help. Got Gp this afternoon so need to look awake enough for her since I tell her very litle.

CRAP! Had to get a letter done for workcover.

So she asked if I had any ST. Stupid me said yes, so she said "why are you having those thoughts, you are getting help from the psych and pdoc" If only it was that simple. So when she asked if I had plans I just lied and said no. What is the point in trying to even talk to her about this. Should have just kept my mouth shut in the first place.

@Faith-and-HopeI just think they need to stop and think before they blurt. Makes me feel like I am doing something wrong since I do have supports around me, yet am having these thoughts.

Maybe even a I'm hearing you and I am here to help you if you need it. LIke to me that is common sense, but guess not.
