Haven't visited anyone. Spoke to her hubby again, will see him tomorrow. Hard to deal with, lots of correlations with my fathers passing so hitting close to home. He asked me a lot of questions as he knew I would understand where he is coming from.

Spoke to HC before so that helped a bit. Been trying to shut thsoe flood gates as tight as I can. Not really feeling safe anywhere atm. Hope you are ok hon, haven't even asked. Stay safe in P_R cave. I will be staying in here tonight, I can't venture out.

You don't need to go anywhere @Former-Member - I will stay with you (if you want me to) until I hide under the teddies. I spoke to HC too - seems we both did a good self-care thing today I am a bit like you - not ok but nothing else that I can do for now. I am weighing up my options very carefully and will certainly let you know when/what I decide because quite honestly - I can't cope with this anymore.

The correlations with your father's passing whilst you are grieving your friend also - that is super tough Hon Anytime I hear of someone passing I instantly think of my pop - I try to keep it locked away but it does get to me - so I can only imagine how hard this is for you. You need to give yourself space to grieve as well as help your friend's hubby - you can't do it all
