@Bubbles3I know from speaking to you before that once you have your night meds you fall alseep quickly and stay asleep. I am sure you have spoken to him about it before but it might be worth mentioning it again just so he knows it is the meds.

Have you got anything planned for the holidays with your kids?

That sounds like it would be good with the kids @Bubbles3 but in summer? Wouldn't it be too hot? Is there a certain place you normally go to?

My idea of camping is a motel room!!! I am such a not camping person!!!

I took the kids to see Jumanji at the movies today, it was really good and really funny too.

Hi @outlander day meds staying the same, just adding to the night meds and a new prn med to try as my last ones were ok but not as effective as they should be. I know he is a pdoc, but really is a doctor, all about numbers. Instead of asking how the nightmares have been, he asks how many I have had in the last week! I have to keep a mood journal for him and write down whenever I have a nightmare, flashback, anxiety attack, prn's, SH and thoughts about SI and give it to him each time.

Thankfully my psych is totally different!!

Anyway, enough about me, how are you going today sis?

Chillin at home sounds good @outlander. It is super hot here today (37) so sitting in front of aircon.

Took the kids to he movies today. Saw Jumanji, was really good and funny. I actually even enjoyed it

Hr by hr seems.....mmm......does that mean no sleep again sis?
