And do you want to know the sneaky thing I do behind my kids backs. I take out the ones I like and hide them else where in the freezer. HEHEHEHEHE my own little stash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Bunniekinsglad you got back to sleep. Had new meds last night. They took me to a different place, still a bit spaced out now! Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing

Any plans for today?

@Former-Member I wouldn't mind being a bit spaced out at the moment ... just went outside and it was so hot NellBell and it is only December!! Wait till February! Go to a petrol station and get a bag of ice and just make up a bath full of ice blocks and sit in it until it melts ... sounds good aye?

@Bunniekinsyea but I don't like feeling not in control. Will see how they go tonight and then speak to my pdoc if needed.

It is not as hot here today, but bag of ice sounds good. You need to buy yourself a bag of icy poles!!

Got psych app. today so that will be my day done. Always come home exhausted after those appointments.

@Former-Member I meant to ask can your mum help out with the kids at all?

@Former-Member I am envious of how often you see your psychiatrist and psychologist ... I would love to see Dr. G once every two weeks at the moment it is once every 3. I don't think it is enough.

@BunniekinsI try not to rely on my mother that much, she has her own issues (depression) which she has trouble handling. She is on meds but takes herself of them thinking she doesn't need them when she really does. My kiddies are 12 and 10 so they are old enough to fend for themselves a bit!

I think once my meds are soted I wont see the psychiatrist as much. The psychologist just books me in for weekly appointments. I think b/c of my SH and SI at the moment, I think it will stay like that at the moment and I think I need it too. He is taking a few weeks off at xmas so not sure how I will go then.

If you think you need to see Dr. G more, maybe next session you could mention it to him and see if you could do every second week.
