im not really sure, everythings just becoming all too much and had abit of a tiff this morning with mum after a sleepless night- not really a good mix

I am sorry you are feeling that way. Sometimes it just all becomes too much and it's not one big thing, but a whole lot of little things that just keep building up. Ahh not good about your mum either. Hopefully you can be of space from her. Are you working today or can you just have a realaxing day?

yeah its a lot of everything building up, christmas alone does this however the addedd stress of my mother and moving the horses, bills, role and responsibilities in all aspects of my life, well literally everything. being tossed around everything. im so confused by one of my emotions. i dont usually experience it but of late i have been

@outlandersounds like a lot of things happening at once. It is so hard sometimes when it all builds up. I am here if you need to talk it out hun, or can just sit with you. I'm not as spacey now so can makes sense of things! Well as much as I can anyway with a few loose screws!!!

@Bubbles3seems like a few in the same situation atm. Got my kids home now on school holidays so it just got better, NOT!
