Maybe because you were so truthful it may not end how you think it will @Former-Member - if you voice those fears also (and state what YOU want) then the support may happen around you to help you stay safe at home. The fact that your psychologist checkedin with you today and is going to again tomorrow shows they care about you and are looking out for you - don't be afraid now to say what you want Hon because that is further empowering yourself

@Zoe7well I guess we will see what happens tomorrow when he rings after speaking to the pdoc. The problem is right now I don't know what would be best for me.

That's hard @Former-Member I suppose the questions you need to ask yourself are can you keep yourself safe and do you need you need more support than you currently have? You are the only one that can answer those but whatever conclusion you reach I know one thing - we are here with you
