@Former-Member I am still very cautious and trying to stick to the quieter times and a couple of threads - even then I am very conscious of who is 'around' and what may be happening. It is helping but I still don't feel the same as I used to here - not sure that will ever return

@Former-Member You know when you are aware of the possible 'issues' that could arise with something and therefore try to avoid that something but then decide to take a chance anyway - and that little 'something' does happen - that was pretty much what I feared yesterday - and 2 of those little things happened - one on here and one irl. I have already told you about the 'issue' with my family and although I kinda sorted it for the - it just re-inforced my usual expectations when around them.

@Zoe7I am pretty sure I know the one on here that happened and you just stayed in another thread. I find that that has happened on here too (with idfferent ppl) and it is hard. I normally end up logging off because I cannot cope with it.

That particular one has happened a couple of times @Former-Member and while anyone can use any thread (I am a strong believer that no-one 'owns' a thread and the title of the thread should encourage people to post and seek support if that is how they are feeling) but I also think that it is important for everyone to be mindful of other members and where they are 'at' so we don't make the 'situation' worse for someone else.

It was actually someone posting to me that has caused me huge distress previously(and really hurt me) that 'annoyed' me more than anything. I can forgive but I definitely don't forget - and I honestly don't see how someone can do what they did and then think it is all ok now because time has past (although there has been no further contact). Once bitten - twice gone now for me - I can't keep dealing with repeated hurt - I have had enough of that in my life!
