@Former-Member Hahahahaha! I have a huge piece of Christmas cake in my mouth so it is a good thing you really cannot see me! Kind of defeats the purpose of going for a walk but never mind it was a beautiful walk 🙂

I am not sure if you have seen it but I watch it all the time. It is sort of my safety show. If I get triggered or having flashbacks/nightmares I put that show on and it helps me (well some of the time) to get myself back under control. I also know that it is a safe show to watch, it won't trigger me.

Hey @Former-Member nah not really just took it easy. Anxiety and depression were playing up a bit too. Just chilling on the couch atm with my tablet. Was watching netflix and eating pizza. I'm so lame haha
