@Former-Member,I might be joking with @TAB,but inside I have the same feelings as you.Its awful to feel that hopelessness.A part of me has died,and given up,I got distressed in the bath half a hour ago because I can never have a relationship because of the way I am or feel,and trying to accept I have failed.It is hard to find a way out of the hole once you fall in.

I'm sorry you feel so rough today, and that you're struggling in that limbo land of one foot on either side. Have you rang SC at all? Would it help as you can't talk about some things here.
There is also another charity called White Wreath. They offer counselling for all sorts of thingsYou text them & they text you back. Not sure but they aren't 24/7. Their number 0410526562. Their hours are 5am to 9pm.
I'm not trying to palm you off. I think you need more help that I can offer.

@Sans911i know you are not trying to palm me off. I know I need more help than can be given on here, but I do find comfort and solace in your words too.
I have spoken to SCBS today. Have not heard of White Wreath but will certainly look into them. I know I am just having some down moments and it is probably linked to the meds a lot. I see the pdoc next Tuesday so will discuss changing meds again.
I am determined to fight this and to win. I am not giving up that easily.

That's the realisation @Former-Member,after seeking "help",at the end of the day only you can do it.Only you know what works and what doesn't.I think you have better chance than me because of your family so work on that and recognise it as a strength.

@Former-MemberI understand what you are saying BUT I think you have as good a chance as anyone, family or not. I do not know your whole story, just like you do not know mine, but I am more determined to go on for myself. I do have that extra pressure knowing that if I end my life, that I am not taking that pain with me, I am just transferring into onto my family. I have first hand witnessed what that can do to a family.
Don't survive for you family @Former-Member, do it for yourself
