@Shaz51 well you will have to look it up ... because the mods will get angry if I type it because it could be a trigger which is fair enough but I found it interesting because there was a link between so called zodiac personalities and their crimes etc.

Re: RE: Darkness surrounds me
I don't expect responses, just thinking out loud!!!
A few comments on here and what I have written and the last few days have brought up a few questions. So hubby has gone away for 2 nights for work. Quite a common thing to do. Even though it is for work, it might give him a chance to get away from dealing with me and getting a break. He has been told by numerous professionals to make sure he has some time out for himself. It also got me thinking when greenpea started a thread "Christmas present for yourself" which I totally like. However......
My question is, if you are the one with the MI, when do you get that time out?
When do we get those couple of days off?
Sure I try and distract myself but I don't distract myself enough to get that time out. Just enough to stay safe for that moment.
I try keep my days as normal as possible (not much luck lately) but I still don't get that time out.
My life revolves around gp, psychologist, pdoc, meds, safety plan and SH/SI at the moment. Where is the time out in there?
We live this 24/7 with no time out. Sure we have our good days, good moments, maybe some laughs BUT we still really don't have time out.
I think I realised this awhile ago, but I think i have only accepted it in the last few days. Does it make me fell any better, no.
So maybe for Chrissy this year, I just want a "time out" day.
