Extremely hard night last night. I can't go into details here but got triggered more than normal. My SH/SI are as strong as they have ever been. I am not staying on here today. I will come back on when I feel safe. I just didn't want you two to worry. I am safe for now.
I hope both of you are ok today and got some sleep last night

I am ok been able to keep safe without too much damage. Have just had something to eat and am going to try and have a sleep. Wet windy and cold here today 🌧

Hi @outlander yes I am ok. Just a tough 12 hours but doing much better now thanks. Managed to have a sleep and get everything under control.
