@Bubbles3yes, your ssafety and the kids are the most important. I gave my husband the number for mens health line and I know he has rang them a few times just to get some support for himself. I have also suggested he go talk to someone as he needs support in supporting me. When hubby is in a better state of mind, it might be worth giving him a few help line numbers.

just muddling along here @Bubbles3 .. in the right direction though.. just getting paperwork have to do done, then off to library for scans/printing etc. might be pain meds and bath before getting out door. So long as get stuff done by the end of the day I'll feel better. Well it doesn't have to be done by today, but it will be out of the way then and I'll feel that the day wasn't totally wasted lol
