I need to log off for awhile. I cannot control anything at the moment especially myself or my actions. Last nights flashback still wont leave my mind and it doesn't matter what I seem to do today, I can't shake it. I am a total mess and really don't know if I should go somewhere tonight or wait and see my psychologist tomorrow. But for now, I just need to go hide, breath and go minute by minute. It's just too much to handle anymore.

Just catching up on today's post @Sans911,hope you are ok tonight,housecleaner for someone briefly this morning,then took my mother to the doctor,then did gardening as too tired to walk.I have a thing about keeping busy lately @Sans911,I don't want time to think, until I am tired from keeping busy.Worried about going back on job search but,there is no jobs for me,applied for two the other day.

Why do you have to wait so long to talk to SCBS. I know it’s becuase they are super busy I get that but I am not ringing or chatting to B.B. of lifeline. They are so scripted in what they say to you and are not helpful. I thought logging of here for awhile would help but it hasn’t. I am soooo triggered right now and cannot do this myself. I waited 50mins to talk on chat and then got disconnected. Everything is just so wrong.
