@Former-Member is your new puppy Izzy there with you? can you hug him would that be comforting for you? When I get anxiety attacks my cat purring while I hold him helps me to calm down & even smile after a while? 🙂

Thanks @Former-Member i just needed to talk to someone. I am going to have a bath and see if that helps even more to relax me and help with the urges.
