RE: Darkness surrounds me

These things do take time @Former-Member ..... and I am here because 18 months ago I felt as though I had completely run out of steam to take my family any further in our challenged state..... and last year was the biggest year of our lives so far in terms of family events. I had so many hoops to jump through that were 8mportant land-mark events for us ..... and our foundations were crumbling ..... and I had no energy to get up and start climbing mountains again.

Resting here amongst the forum community, and “running raids” on my irl-life is what go me through .... and then our foundations cracked open at the start iof this year ..... our family is hanging in the balance, and each day I am having to get up and function as if it’s not ...... and trust a team of people who are not seeing and recognising the core nature of our problems to advise us about how to move forward ....

Yeah, it feels out of control .... it feels like nothing matters very much any more ..... if I think about how it feels .... so I am not thinking about how it feels ..... I am just doing.

I am doing the getting up .... ✔️

i am doing the making of the bed so it is something to return to at the end of the day - an island ... ✔️

I am doing the coffee and the breakfast .... ✔️

I am doing the washing .... ✔️

I am doing the shopping and the putting of food and stuff away .... ✔️

I am doing the cooking and feeding us something for lunch and something for dinner ..... ✔️

I am doing the having a day .... ✔️

You ..... just need to breathe ..... and keep breathing until you get to hospital ..... ✔️

The rest of the doing can happen when this is secured and some putting back together has happened.

I believe in you ..... here to help you do the breathing Hon ..... ♥️

I try not to think about how it feels because there is too much pain, I just do also. But I don’t even want to do that anymore. So I will just try and keep breathing and keep waiting.
