RE: Darkness surrounds me

I can’t keep doing this, my anxiety is so high and I can’t get it down. Had a psychologist app. and that didn’t even help after spending time trying to decrease it. Now he wants to see me twice a week and start thinking about a hospital stay to try and reset. He is going to speak to the psychiatrist about it. On top of that, he doesn’t think the meds are working and neither do i so looks like it will be back to the drawing board. I feel worse rather than better after being on them. I hate all of this crap and have just had enough. I am so exhausted of trying to deal with this every minute of every day.

Thanks @outlander you have got enough to deal with yourself and now a kidney infection on top of that. Hopefully the meds they gave you help.

I just feel defeated. I have done everything they have asked and it is all just worse and I just can’t anymore

@outlander like how the hell can I get my anxiety under control when my psych couldn’t even help me. And all these stupid meds have done is given me side effects and not helped. Now is is most likely hospital and somehow I don’t think it will be by choice. He saw exactly what I had done during the night.

@outlander No they are talking hospital to try and get the meds worked out and so I have access to the psychiatrist and other professionals more often. My SH and SI are increasing and right now, I am just beyond caring.
