@Former-Member I'm so sorry that it's been difficult for you, but I'm glad you took time out to look after your own needs. It's been quite a difficult time for a number of people here lately.
My struggles pale into comparison Nell with what others are going through. I only have myself to think about, and I honestly don't care very much what happens to me at this point in time. I am empty and spent. I have given up, in or whatever you want to call it.

@Sans911 I will talk about what happened at some point, probably need to get it off my chest but at the moment have a lot of guilt and sadness that I need to resolve first.
@Sans911 Your struggles do not pale in comparison at all. They are your struggles and are very real. You might not care but I care a great deal about what happens to you. I am not giving up on you💝💝

@Sans911 You are here for a lot of people myself included and I will be there for you too. I am guessing the respite centre hasn’t/isn’t going good at all.

@Former-Member I went to the respite centre last Thursday, and at about 8pm, I just couldn't tolerate bring around people. I was sharing a room with 2 other women (actually same room as before). The nurses were kind, told me to go on overnight leave & see how I felt the next day. I came back, talked to the head nurse, who was super nice, said he would hold the bed until Sun if I needed it. I just need to hide away from the world right now (except here) . My mh case manager rang today after she was absent for a week. She's trying to encourage me to see her tommorow afternoon, but I just don't think I can do it.
