@Former-Member @outlander hey, yeah, another restless and sleepless night. I've been awake on and off since 2am. My mother is staying overnight do I always put her in my bed. I'm sleeping on the futon in the back sunroom (didn't fold it down). I can sleep well on here but it doesn't matter what I sleep on anymore. I've never slept this badly in my life.
My cat was pestering me for his breakfast at 5:30 so I've fed him & made a coffee. I heard my mother get up & go to the bathroom which is opposite where I sleep but she didn't see I was awake as there is a bookshelf dividing the room off to give privacy. So I'm just enjoying my private wake up time.

@Sans911sorry to hear that your nights are still so crappy. Sleep deprivation is so hard to deal with especially in the day time. Look after yourself hun (hopefully you are anyway) and enjoy your private wake up time. ❤
