Thanks @outlander, Flashbacks started about 5am this morning, so so so so so over them!!!!!
Got to have bloods and ECG taken this morning that psychiatrist has asked for but besides that it will be another coach/bed day for me. Really need to get out and do some weeding back have serious CBF !!!
You are still SW to me even if you are not working!!! Might do you good to have a rest today since you have been on the go.

Bloods and ecg are normal tests i had to have those done too.
Maybe you could try and do some weeding. Even if its a little bit.
Ill be studying and making the most of the rain. I was suppose to be taking a break but i cant help it so i enrolled into another course. So will do some of that today

The course was calling me @Former-Member i cant help it.
Im ok, i managed some sleep. Since its raining i can avoid those people today. And im Orgainising tomorrow as i just found out mums plans so can now organise around it. At least its nothing big which is what i was worried about.
