I have lots of things to do today sis but there will be breaks. Still under the weather but have nutritional supplements to take with me today.

Im far from superwoman! Ill see how i go. Ill just do the things i can manage so one chore at a time.
Try and do something today esp if the weathers nice. Maybe go fo a scenic drive or go for a walk somewhere ❤ take care of you ❤

glad to see that you got through the night....even though without sleep....you had support here
I am unable to offer support over the night periods as I have to take a sleeping tablet
no sleep plays havoc with my issues
are you able to take something prescribed by your doctor for night sleep?

I have meds for night times but they just didn't work last night. Maybe tonight they will work. Well I can hope at least!

@Former-Member I just spoke to someone from Blue Knot about issues I had the other day. She was really nice and helpful. She commended you on helping me with your random distraction techniques. Thanks again, it was really appreciated & made a big difference. No further flashbacks since Sunday morning.
