@Sans911well meds didn't work tonight so anxious about going to sleep and having nightmare. Also anxious about tomorrow. Got psych at 9am and then straight to Aunty's funeral after that. So not sure how I will cope with everyone there.

@Ant7my hubby is a bot like that too with me. Maybe scared to admit the problem is bigger than it is, not sure how to approach it. I think I am going to get the hubby to come to another psych session so the psych can explain (b/c I chicken out and can't speak) what is happening with me

@Ant7 she just might be in denial too. And she's not in your head, so she doesn't know what your thinking. It's hard for people to understand depression sometimes as they often think of it as a period of sadness & then you get over it.

@Former-Member that’s a good plan. I have spoken to her about it but I think she thinks I am just a bit down cause I am always internalizing things. I came up with a plan to tell her what was going on with me but she is so stressed at the moment I don’t want to put that on her as well you know
