Someone help me
Im so agitated and i cant stop shaking. I dont know whats wrong with me. I dont know what to do.

well iv had a shower, put some smelly thing on to make my room smell nice. im on a higher dose now, but still the waiting game. 4 to 6 weeks is a long time. at least im not hearing the voices as much @outlander

Please try not to over do it with thr medications. They do take time and i know its hard but you have to keep going and doing the things you like to do.
What else can you do to keep yourself distracted? Art?
Watching a movie?
Going for a walk?
Playing with pets?

I'm okay, was sulking over not having a normal loving mother, but got over it quickly. Noone wants to be around a quarrelsome person.
My cat welcomed me back home after going to a coffee shop and buying some much needed groceries..
I'm watching Ellen on tv with Dame Judy Dench. Love her.

i try not @outlander. with the meds but sometime i cant stop myself. just been playing the gizmo. he want to type things on here hahaha funny little f....cker.

Your not alone in no family ir friend support bubbles. Many of us here including myself havent got much support. Ive been in hospital a few times and do you know what my family said 'its your (as in mine) fault you have a mental illness. Stop attention seeking'
