Im so agitated and i cant stop shaking. I dont know whats wrong with me. I dont know what to do.

@frog. It is fantastic when depression leaves. I'm not 100% back to true me yet. But I'd say I'm nearing 75%. And to not have any suicidal ideation and to slowly be getting some motivation back, is amazing. I wouldn't recognise the me of 3 months ago.
My hope is that everyone gets this type of respite from their MI's.

I still have my 'moments' @utopia , but over all I find it hard to say I'm in a rut atm lol. Am reaching out , taking chances, even it not always successful, bit unimaginable 12mths ago. I just sat back and hid from the world, while waiting for the outside to roll up at my doorstep with solutions.. Anyway I feel a lot better overall now. Id say I'm a fair imitation ot 3 years ago me now lol 😀
