Hi @Bubbles3,
Its great that you have come on here to connect with others after calling the helpline. This is another great avenue to reach out and ask for support.
@Former-Memberhad some great ideas in terms of going for a walk or taking a bubble bath. If you want some more great strategies this the coping box where people have posted there own ways of coping. You could even try to think of a few yourself and add to it!
It is a shame to hear you were discharged earlier than you would have liked. It can be challenging to adjust to new medication. It takes time and although we understand how difficult and frustrating it must be, its important to remember that alcohol will not in fact make you feel better and potentially cause further issues with mixing meds and alcohol. Keep staying strong.
It looks like everyone is super excited to celebrate your birthday with you tomorrow! Maybe you could let @Faith-and-Hope, @Zoe7, @Sans911, @Former-Member and @Shaz51 know what kind of birthday cake you would like? I particularly like to indulge in a super chocolatey mud cake!

I don't think we've met 🙂
I am struggling today, left my doctors in a teary mess. Promised my GP i would go for a walk to help my negative thoughts of SH but it started to rain so that was that. Didn't do that.
Now home alone and am bored and thinking of things that are very negative.
