What about, whats happening for you atm? Do you have one of those boxes that some forum members have - full of stuff to help you when you're feeling like you're not coping?

It's basically a box of things to help you cope.
For me I like to have bubble baths, go for a walk or pet my cat.
Do any of these sound like they might help now?
