@Bubbles3 so true ... I would hate to go back to hospital ... ugh! I can see your dilemma but cannot see a way out of it for you. Like I said I was just really lucky I got my psychiatrist ... really lucky ... I don't know what I would have done without him.
This is a stretch but ... you could try a university which has a department of psychology or psychiatry ... they may and I mean MAY be able to give you a name of a psychiatrist who would be willing to see you as you are a struggling mum of 3 children on a tight income on a pro rata basis.
I would try that. It couldn't hurt.
