@Bubbles3 Have you got family that can help? ... It makes me so angry that someone like yourself who is trying so hard to get further education to better her life for herself and her kids and you cannot get decent mental health services. Ridiculous!

not really with the family, in-laws can only have them every now and then @Bunniekins teh MH team on the other hand are a bunch of c****. they have never helped me. only put me down with everything iv done wrong

@Bubbles3 yes ... do you know of any good ones ? It sounds to me like you will have to have a total 'breakdown' so-to-speak to get any action.
That is what happened to me ... I literally begged mine to take me on I was so desperate ... and thankfully he did otherwise I would still be having big problems.
