@Bubbles3 yes, it's hard for you. I hear that. But you can't let depression win. It will lie to you, make you feel worthless, tell you that you are nothing, and that you are better off dead. I'm going the very similar things to you. 3days ago I wanted to run; as far away as I could, where no one could find me. And I like with thoughts of suicide almost every day for the last 9months. I've been in hospital and been so physically unwell from the things I have done to myself. Yet I'm still here fighting for my life. I'm curious to know what's next. Some part of me wants to live. But every day is a challenge; and so many times I want to journal give up. But you just have to keep going. Moment by moment.

but the depression will win and it always does.i have no choice. its always there. it never leaves. i wish it would but it doesnt. now mark is starting to come back. you see........i cant run from him. he beats and beats me until thers nothing left. i have no choice with him. he takes over and doesnt leave me alone. he is the devil. he gets so angry with me. he takes over everything. he controls me. if i dont do what he says he will punish me. i just dont want to be here

@Bubbles3 the depression and the voices might be winning at the moment, but it won't always be like this. You'll get control back, even if it's a little at a time. And celebrate those wins.
