The song that I like to listen to when things get too much is ‘Let it Go’ out of the Disney movie Frozen. I find that it helps to calm me down and get a different perspective on things.

Hiya Judi, I like kids songs too they can be funny, & encouraging. I'm grieving on & off & I am not listening to kids songs. Maybe I will try & listen to a few soon, they may help me?
