Guess what @outlander? I bought a new sketch book, new pencils, & water colours. So that you & I can do our art work like we talked about b4 you got skin C.

Oh yes, I made an appointment for Doc on Wednesday. So many ppl sick here, its this horrible dry windy weather. Its carrying buz al over the place. Lots of ppl are like me 😞 I can wait, I have to be bed bound. Not so easy with Ruby tho as she is wanting my company. I don't let her come into my bedroom. She is far too BIG & would keep jumping on my bed. My cats would freak out, they are gentle giants & sleep on my bed with me every nite. Ruby lives in the other half of this house, & I take her out to play daily. I haven't since last week as I get too tired from this bug I have. I just want to rest/sleep. Poor Ruby I don't know if she understands, she is very sooky at the moment. She hugged my hand between her head & her neck last nite when I sat beside her. It was so sad, I feel horrible about being so sick. I still play with her even tho I have chronic pain. But this is so different, having a sinus virus, plus chronic pain. I had to go back to full dose strong pain meds since yesterday to cope?

Aww poor ruby. I think she does understand tbh the way she 'held' your hand tells me she does.
Im back on my full dose of pain/anti inflam tablets too ive had a flare up again in both my bck neck hip and foot.

Im ok. Flat tired low energy have been pretty sick the oast few days though. Cant eat anything otherwise it just comes back up from the stress ive been under and constant nausea. Back to work tomorrow as i had my sutures out today. So hopefully that might help.

Just have some clear soup stock, if you can, & a herbal tea? @outlander.
I feel like you do. I had a cup of Green Tea, a cup of hot Vegie stock, & lots of water. Plus 1 banana this morning, & vitamins, plus meds. Sounds boring, but its at least a bit healthy. 😞
Sound logical, hmmm I think you may be right about Ruby. She is extremely intelligent.
