Thanks @Owlunar, you sure get it - my family I don't think know what love is. Not one. I learned it from Hesus. Today i phone I signed off telling dad "I love you" but he paused and said "night, you have good dreaming"

It's nearly 7 years since Dad died - I remember taking sweets to the nursing home for Chirstmas - and they were put in a drawer with other sweets people had given him - I sometimes wonder what happened to them -
When he was in hospital just before that he had a moment of real clarity and I happened to be when I was alone with him and we had a fantastic conversation and he said things to me that he had never said in his life before - I don't know about your Dad but mine didn't "wear his heart on his sleeve" and this can be so hard
We really are together in this Sis - I am thinking of you as you pass through this really hard time
