I hope things have settled for you this morning @Former-Member ..... you are under an awful lot of strain at the moment. I am glad you have someone looking after you, even if it’s just overnight. I do that with my foot massages - pay someone to look after me for an hour ..... it doesn’t tick all the boxes, but it matters.
Hoping you have some of your magic soup on hand when you get home.

How long to you expect to be in hospital? And yes - take the rest while you can - this is a rough time for you and you did so much when you were down looking after your oldies for a couple of days

My two visits to help mum and dad this year were 14 and 18 solid days, (while mum in hospital) not 'a couple' days. And it felt like much more because of the crap### - pathetic I know.
Today i fell asleep after getting home from little holiday in hospital, really tired and just woke up. Hospitals are not good places for sleep - so catching up i guess, plus there's nothing and nobody around - trying not to self pitty about that. I must be a nobody really, irrelevant, dontvmatter i guess. Im glad they kept me in hospital because SI was very high yesterday, not good being alone.
Black sky to the east here, distant thunder, need to go lock up and go back to sleep sorry.
