SPRING-Clean Declutter - Need Help

Hi @Former-Member, hair is hair, I'll go back to wash and wear again one day. This long hair growth has been about grief, identity & self care for me - hard to explain.

Good onya for getting stuck into paperwork. I must do the same.

I am so sorry to hear about your brother and his MS dx - that is not good and would be really hard for him to take on board - hard for anyone I guess - everyone around him - you too

Which brother is this? Your baby brother who you talk to from time to time I guess - really tough stuff

I know a bit about how it affects people - one of my part time jobs when I was at university was being a clinical technician and respite carer for people with MS - and I guess you already know that it affects everyone patient differently

It seems people are needing to take it quietly today - I am but I will need to make a sammidge or something for mym lunch - not ready to get up and get dressed and go out just yet

So join the taking-it-easy-today group - wonderful weather here and I am inside in my dressing gown watching TV while I type - enough said - I am thinking of you and your brother

Nice to see you too. Thanks re bro. This is my older bro 62yo, who hurt me as child, & we only just started talking again after 5yrs, lots of conflicting feelings re him (forgiveness is hard) but he has a good partner taking excellent care - this is one I don't have to take on.

Glad u disclosed having a pajama day too, don't feel do bad now. I haven't even opened the curtains & blocked my phone cause if anyone comes, which they won't, I intend to ignore. And phone calls are so draining. Just feel 'spent' & need to find myself or something. Not sure if I should have this chest ache looked at - but rest probably the best thing.

Hope you're ok, been through the mill yourself of late 💜💜💜

Hi All - sorry about your brother @Former-Member ... I'm glad he has a good partner to look after him. I had a reasonably productive day - took a rug out of one room, gave it a good clean and put it in another room, three bags of stuff to go up in the attic, did some pruning in the front yard (daylight savings is a bonus), made a batch of carrot juice with the ancient juice extractor which had been forgotten about in the back of the kitchen cupboard for years. Back is now totally stuffed so worshipping the god of voltaren. @Adge - I've had the rat in the wall problem too. I put some bait in the roof but then whatever it was decided to die up there so I had an unpleasant stink for a few weeks - so much for them going away to die. This one croaked it up there out of spite I'm sure. Hope everyone has a good week.
