hi @Bubbles3 no need to apologise. when we get into those state of mind its really hard to comprehend anything and are jsut in that distressed state

Hi everyone.
Well i went to see my new doc and she was so helpful . We decided that the best option was to go to hospital. So here i am ....in hospital. Just waiting to see the psychiatrist for a med change over.
Will let everyone know how i go.

That is such fantastic news @Bubbles3 not necessarily that you are in hospital but that you have been listened to by this new doc and you are getting the help that you deserve. I am so impressed with you for holding on and having the strength and courage to seek this help. WTG Bubbles - very proud of you

Thanks everyone. So far so good. Up aand down with with the med change over but at least im in a safe place.

Well im out of hospital now. Had the med change. But id only been on the new med for 2 days and they wanted me to leave. So im feeling so emotional and all up and down. Dont know what to do. And its meant to be my birthxay tomorrow. How am i meant to feel happy on my birthday when i just feel so depressed and miserable
