Well I'm finally home (again).
4 hospital stays in 91 days. Wow. No wonder it feels so strange to be in my own house again. Adjusting will take time. Cooking for myself will take time.
My house is in the same condition in which I left it. A pigsty. So no one room has warmth and charm to lift my mood. Will have to slowly start cleaning up - one room at a time.
I did go and watch my son play soccer in the finals. I'd been so sick this year - thst it was the first game I had been to all year. His team lost. But they play again next week. So still stand a chance of playing the grand final.
My son is still living with my mum. Has been since the end of April. Hopefully he will see how much I've improved on my new anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. Then he may choose to come home soon.
Was up and doing the washing early this morning. But now reading a book in bed.
Am very bored. But have AA Meeting tomorrow night.
And I have my WorkCover IME (independent Medical Examination) - psych interview with a tough psychiatric on the 30th of this month. Think it could be on Wednesday. And then I have my much waited for Psychologist appointment. Can't see him when I'm in hospital (too far away).
So that's it for now. A new thread for a new beginning.

@utopia Just thinking out loud but it is worth rescheduling the family appointment knowing how taxing Thursday will be. I suspect that it might be really hard for you to back up something this heavy after an enormously difficult the day before. I know it would be for me. I would still be carrying all the emotions from one day into the next which may not be that helpful.

Now that would be interesting. I know that when an aboriginal person has died, they don't show that person's face for cultural reasons. Wonder how the film approaches that. Hope you enjoy the movie.

My first job out of uni was in a small town. The cinema there only showed movies on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights. Whilst I was there, it ceased operation altogether. Only one supermarket, no traffic lights, one restaurant but a lot of pubs 😆 @utopia

One set of traffic lights, one supermarket, two bakeries, one butcher, 5 plus hairdressers, 4 real estate agents, 2 hardware shops, 2 farming/gardening suppliers and multiple cafes. And a police starion, kinder, day care, 2 primary schools, one high school,eone taxi service, one bus service and a volunteer run cinema. All for a population of under 3,000.

But how many pubs @utopia? Haven't been back to that town for many many years. Just looked it up on Google Maos to see that they have a Woolworths and a Coles now as well as a McDonalds, KFC and a Dominoes Pizza. How times have changed.

I'd check it out but it's 1500km away so probably too far for a day trip.

Not my town @soul. No kfc or dominos pizza. But we do have take away chicken, fish and chips and a Chinese restaurant.
