HOME

Well I'm finally home (again).
4 hospital stays in 91 days. Wow. No wonder it feels so strange to be in my own house again. Adjusting will take time. Cooking for myself will take time.
My house is in the same condition in which I left it. A pigsty. So no one room has warmth and charm to lift my mood. Will have to slowly start cleaning up - one room at a time.
I did go and watch my son play soccer in the finals. I'd been so sick this year - thst it was the first game I had been to all year. His team lost. But they play again next week. So still stand a chance of playing the grand final.
My son is still living with my mum. Has been since the end of April. Hopefully he will see how much I've improved on my new anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. Then he may choose to come home soon.
Was up and doing the washing early this morning. But now reading a book in bed.
Am very bored. But have AA Meeting tomorrow night.
And I have my WorkCover IME (independent Medical Examination) - psych interview with a tough psychiatric on the 30th of this month. Think it could be on Wednesday. And then I have my much waited for Psychologist appointment. Can't see him when I'm in hospital (too far away).
So that's it for now. A new thread for a new beginning.

@utopia

Yes I have issues with sweating ... whether its anxiety or hormones ... its probably both ... me and my body are complicated ... like us all.

Yes ... rolled plenty .. never got good at it.

You are doing good @utopia

Glad your boy used those young muscles ....

Re: HOME

It sucks about your case manager @utopia but glad you will get to meet the new one before the present one leaves It is never easy though to begin with someone new so I hope it all goes well for you.

Have your couches disappeared overnight? I hope they have.

The garden is going slowly at the moment.I am presentlyworking on a patch I want to turn into a veggie garden but the weeding alone is taking it out of me. When I get that finished I will need to build a box, empty the potting mix in and mix it all through with the soil. There is still a lot to be done but it is getting there slowly.

I have begun painting my sister's painting again - that is getting there too. I have a direction to go in now so I am planning on having it done in the next couple of weeks so it dries in time for Christmas this year. I have now been painting it for around 18 months. I have done a few other smaller things in between but not with oils. I already have an image in my head for the next one to do but will probably take a break after I finish my sister's.

I spoke to the HR person who is handling my return to work today and she is hoping to call me on Friday with further details of when I start, what days, times etc. I really need to be back to work soon as I need the money - you would know how hard that is to be living on not much. My income protection was paid for a coulpe of months but that time it was paid up to runs out in a few weeks so I am on the bare minimum at th moment. Hopefully this gets sorted this week and I can look forward to being paid again.

Re: HOME

Forgot to take my meds yesterday, both morning and night meds. Barely slept. Now am irritable, flat, down, angry, hungry, but can't be bothered doing anything. Haven't bothered taking today's meds. Can't be bothered. Am tired. Need a proper cigarette. I can't roll rollies. Dont want to do anything.

Re: HOME

You know you go downhill quickly if you don't take your meds and that is not a great place to be. It sucks that you only have rollies but it is better than no cigarettes at all - perservere until you can buy cigarettes again @utopia. Sending you hugs Hon
