It's really important that when thigns escalate, to contact one of the crisis services:

Hi @Bubbles3 - bit worried that you're not safe at the moment with all thats going on for you! do you have a crisis plan to follow when things get like this? or a number to phone for support? I feel like you really need extra support and help tonight. ? lifeline is always there to talk to as well?

Hi @Former-Member, I am okay 🙂 Having a quiet night before a busy day tomorrow getting our new car fixed after someone ran into us yet again.
@Bubbles3 don't be afraid to talk to the helplines NikNik has mentioned, they are there to provide support, which I think you could use right now.

oh no @Queenie !! thats no good about the car, can you ask the person fixing it to wrap it in bubble wrap for you when they've finished.. big big bubble wrap!

It was kind of enlightening actually @Former-Member (talking about the moment I saw our car being reversed into in a carpark). I was at a group therapy meeting talking about my repressed anger and how I struggle to release it and lo and behold I released it pretty well at the other driver LOL 😄 Poor man! I think other group participants might think I need anger management now!

Can you try focusing on Mark's voice as a cartoon character @Bubbles3? I know it sounds silly but sometimes if I picture one of my voices as say Porky Pig, I know they lose power over me.

they never leave
