I recently read about the 365 Project that was started by someone who was having difficulty with depression I think.. she took a photo everyday for a year of something that she was grateful for/enjoyed etc
I was wondering if we could do something like that on here, share a picture/ describe something... about something that we are grateful for each day with a little comment.. for instance

I'm thankful for my pets. This is my oldest dog. I have another dog and 3 cats. They get me out of bed in the morning because they want food and want to go out. I probably would stay in bed on the weekends if I didn't have pets. They can add some stress though when the dogs start barking at the cats or when they are demanding something. But overall my pets have helped my depression a lot.

I Watched that show too @PeppiPatty, this is the reason i do not like talking to people, i am frightened i will say something wrong and they will sue me or something, so much for "free speech", we live in a different world now, i can see in the not to distant future we will have to have media advisers. so sad......
Today i am gratful for a heater, it is freezing here, i did some shopping this morning and the windows of the car where frozen solid. please cmon summer!!!!!!

@Writetopeople your puppy dog is just adorable!! I love dogs.. but cant have one because we live in a rental! oh well! one day! We do have pets though, two cats, 4 love birds and a new baby rabbit! Who is pretty adorable!
@Appleblossom nawww!! sounds like a lovely afternoon.. its funny my little boy is very cuddly and smoochy (mammas boy lol) where as my lil girl (who's not so little any more 😞 ) is much more independant and I recently got told i dont need to give her a cuddle at the school gate or kiss anymore... (i'm still kissing the top of her head in protest LOL)
Hmmm my day today!! there was a lot to be greatful for but i think i really enjoyed planting my new lemon tree in a large pot that's been empty for a while (my previous one died when we moved last). Im not sure why that stands out today.. but it was just nice to be doing something with my hands and for the future maybe.
