Really wobbly

Really wobbly

Any advice and suggestions about how to stay grounded and do self care much appreciated. I have some big stressors in my life right now. That combined with Bipolar 1 and Anxiety is really knocking me around. Trying to sell home as result of marriage breakdown, pay debts, find new home. My daughter (who is my main support) is leaving home (can't blame her). I have a young son to look after and I'm trying to protect him from the strain of the situation. All this is coming off the back of a mixed episode, which has recently been replaced by plumetting mood and skyrocketing anxiety. I am teary and on the verge of panic and need to talk myself down - there's noone else to do it. The future is scaring me.

@frog

I just logged in to see your message, oh my goodness I hope you can came back soon. I wondered where you were?

I miss you so much, your little green body, & your Good Morning Greetings. Its not the same without you. I grew up, (well I like to think I did anyway) loving frogs & collecting them for pets. But don't worry, your safe, I don't know your address to go catch you for my fish pond!

I love you Frog this much <------------------------------------------------------------------------------->

& more!

Bella XO 🙂

Must be very frustrating not to have the internet on at home @frog. Is it today or next Monday it's going on? I hope it's today.

Re: Really wobbly

Oh my. I'm wobbling all over the place. When I get into a bad headspace I often withdraw from the forum. I don't know why. I am having bad trouble with focus and concentration. It's effecting my work and I'm worried that my statistics for the month are terrible and my boss will wonder/get mad. When I can't focus I get overwhelmed because I jump from thing to thing and don't achieve much if anything

I saw you're having a really hard time too @BlueBay I'm sorry to hear that. I'm at home today trying to regather but it's not working. Midday and have not achieved much at all. Got up, walked dogs. Everything hours and hours behind my normal routine.

@utopia@Former-Member@outlander@Shaz51@CheerBear@soul@MDT@Mazarita @Zoe7 @Bunniekins and all you lovely people. It helps me just knowing you are there

Re: Really wobbly

Some days @frog just need to be rest days - maybe today is one of those for you. Don't be so hard on yourself and through your routine out of the window for a day - self-care seems to be what you need today. Do something different to get yourself out of your head a bit - look up some uplifting songs to dance around to, sit quietly and read about something you are interested in, bake a cake....etc. things you don't often do or things that you really enjoy...whatever they may be. It is ok to not want to do any of your 'normal' things - sometimes we can get so bogged down with routine that it rules our lives rather than us living our lives - maybe that is where you are sitting at present!
