Hi everyone
well it seems ive lost my zest for life
i dont know what to do anymore
my suicidal thoughts like to try and drown me and its hard to ignore them
one way i think might help is to actually try to find a will to live again and i dont know how to get it back
im scared if i cant find it ill give in to these thoughts and atm its a dangerous place to be in mentally
i just need ...help

I've been at uni all day so didn't get a change to jump on til now
also had to complete psychometric testing... god that stuff triggers so many hateful feelings towards myself... i feel like a big dumbass each time i do them... but i'm not here to gripe about my life
how are you today?

I went to my gp today and got diagnosed with osteoarthritis and tenosynovitis @MDT

i think the stress of the past few days have hit me
ive literally just broken down into a heap
that doesnt happen very often 😞 😞
im so embarrassed 😞

I'm sorry your foot injury is going to be permanent, but glad it's been properly diagnosed and that you have medications and stratergies (strapping etc) in place. You know, with all the troulbles you have, I often forget that injury, I think it goes to show how daunting your other troubles are.
