You aren't alone in feeling that way @Bubbles3,just said in a post to outlander,my times today of going to bed because I feel the need to give up and succumb to my continuous negative thoughts.It is difficult.

nah, im just a plain old mum. the kids dont do sport @outlander. thats were i think im not a good mum. for the last few years i havent been able to do much with the kids because of my mental illness.my hubby does a great job, lokking after all of us,haha. he is amazing puting up with me
